🌎 Don't miss the conference presented by I2CAT, Presentation of "Extending UEBA for emerging threat, detection, characterisation and intelligence generation", taking place in Prague, from April 8 to 11.  

Iyad is a researcher and innovation and IT solution architect and CEO of BitSparkles. Iyad has a bachelor in computer engineering, a master and PhD in computer science. He has extensive experience in the domain of component based development, model driven engineering, middleware, service oriented computing, Big Data and AI orchestration. His main interest is middleware for big data analysis and processing. Iyad participated in more than 15 national and European projects as a project manager and team leader in the domains of software engineering, big data processing, HPC and AI infrastructures.

Iyad has the role of Exploitation and Innovation Manager of ExtremeXP. His responsibility is to lead the consortium efforts towards a sustainable exploitation of the project results with a specific ambition to commercialize some of the project key results. He is leading the Task 7.1 and participating in the dissemination of ExtremeXP in different events and working groups such as DSSC, AI.BIG cluster, EBDVF, OW2, SCS Cluster, Systematic Paris Cluster and creating synergies around ExtremeXP results with several teams from research and industry.

Use case 2 (Increased Cybersecurity situation awareness for efficient threat mitigation), led by Albert Calvo lbanez, is tasked with building a comprehensive tool pipeline for cybersecurity. The pipeline will encompass various essential components aimed at enhancing the security measures and efficiency of cybersecurity operations. The following tools are to be included in the pipeline :

Dataset Selection : Identifying and selecting appropriate datasets for analysis and training purposes. 

Feature Augmentation : Enhancing the features of datasets to improve the performance of machine learning algorithms.

Constrained ML : Implementing machine learning algorithms with constraints to optimize performance under specific...
